September meeting celebrating NFWI Centenary

Our September meeting was in celebration of the WIs Centenary. We invited Fran Piercy, a long standing villager who had many memories of Quinton when she first moved here during WW11. She also represented Quinton WI at two Buckingham Palace Garden Parties. Mick Core also spoke about Quinton when he first moved here aged 5.

We enjoyed having the company of villagers and ladies who are no longer members. We enjoyed the evening so much that we hardly had time for refreshments!
