Meetings

The May Market was held on the 14th May at the Memorial Hall.  We invited other groups to join us as it was a community morning.  Our local church and the Oaks club raised money for their own funds.  

We had a cake and preserve stall, tombola and plant stall.  We served refreshments with delicious cakes and scones.  

the result of the day was very profitable and brought in many of our local people but also other visitors came because they always enjoy WI Cakes!!

We made a healthy profit for our funds thanks to all our members who contributed to the morning.

Birthday Party for 100th National Celebration

We invited members past and present to join us in our celebration and what a great night we had.  It was good to catch up with old friends and reminisce about old times. Our next celebration will be in October when we celebrate our own 95th birthday watch out for details
