Cheese Making second course

Sue Wilson and I did the Cheese making course level 2.  We were joined by 10 others and had an amazing 3 days at Denman. We made Camenbert and Wensleydale cheese  and had lots of New Zealand recipes to make.  Louise is a brilliant tutor and Christmas was very exciting providing our own cheese boards for our families.

We would both recommend this course to all budding cheese makers.
