Keith and his wife Linda run a small artisan business on the outskirts of Wellingborough, smoking cheeses, bacon, salt, spices and garlic with a variety of woods. He exhibits at various food shows and markets around the country and will tell us all about his products and how it all works. Hopefully he will include a few tastings and perhaps have products to buy.
