Fun on a chair

Renee Watt will surely be able to get the circulation going in this session of gentle exercise and motivational movement.

            

Review of evening

Rene Watt was formerly a teacher and then became a fitness instructor. Latterly she has been involved more with exercise for the not so nimble. She explained the need for regular moving of our bodies however unfit, to keep the heart and lungs healthy and the muscles doing their jobs. We arranged ourselves in a circle and proceeded to follow instructions moving legs, feet, arms and hands in time to music and finally standing up without using hands on chairs which proved a little awkward to a few ladies! It was an amusing half hour but with a serious undertone which we should all try to adhere to.
