Centenary Celebrations.  Ladies from the Kings Sutton WI enjoyed celebrating 100 years of the WI.  Photographs, newspaper clippings and books were bought and shared, as well as stories and memories of the WI many years ago.  The celebrations also included a glass (or two) of fizz and a slice of a special WI centenary cake made by one of the WI members.

2015 Group Meeting.  The Kings Sutton and surrounding WI's came together to enjoy an evening with a Panto Dame. We saw how flamboyant being a Panto Dame was, and the hard work that goes into preparing for such a role. After the very amusing make-up routine, Kings Sutton WI member Barbara was invited on stage to help dress and accessorise the Dame for every occasion.  And as in all good panto's, we stood and sang with the Dame to end a jubilant evening on a jubilant high.

2015 Open Craft Evening.  The Kings Sutton WI held an Open Craft Evening to both members and non-members.  Everyone had an enjoyable evening, learning and participating in crafts such as quilling, making a mouse pin cushion, knitting and decoupage for special occasion cards.  A break with coffee, tea and biscuits was well received by all and everyone took their masterpiece home with them.
