We abbreviate our lengthy title to KHA, as this is much easier to say. We are an energetic group ( but not too energetic!) with traditional values mainly living in rural locations, we do welcome members living in towns. Only a few of us are gifted with the craft skills commonly related to the WI and one or two members can cook. If you spoke to any member of the WI you would find the majority join for fun and friendship.

Our programme secretary endeavours to plan a mixed selection of various interesting speakers and occasionally a hands on evening. Occasionally we do enter the Northamptonshire federation competitions and we were delighted in 2015 to become runner up in designing and making a WI time line. We try to accommodate members wishes when designing the programme the problem arises that members won't voice their opinions. We hope this will change very soon. 

Visitors are always welcome and you may feel you would like to join us after your visit.

We meet at Kelmarsh hall in May, Harrington village hall in July, some where local for a meal in December and all other months at Arthingworth village hall. On the second Thursday of the month at 7.30pm
