Annual Meeting

As always, we share the reports of the year's activities for Milton Malsor and Collingtree WI. They are reminders of the variety of events and speakers that we have enjoyed over the past 12 months. The Financial Statement for the year is discussed and the Competition trophy is presented. There is social time for members to chat with each other.

No new member nominations had been received for Committee so the existing committee agreed to say on, including President, Brenda Jenks.

Decisions and Bylaws - It was decided by vote to continue to sing Jerusalem at Monthly meetings and to raise the cost of members' contribution to refreshments and raffle to £1. Paula and Brenda read their reports and were accepted by Members. Shirley produced a Financial report which was explained to members and accepted. Lorraine talked about the Speakers and some problems we had encountered over the last 12 months but remedied. She then announced the Winner of the Competition Trophy for the year, who was Paula Neal.

The Committee had prepared a tasty supper for the members to share and the evening concluded with social chatting.
